About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive company growth by identifying and securing new clients through in-person meetings, networking, and attending events.
Main Activities:
- Represent the company at national and local events to connect with potential clients and develop business opportunities.
- Create and manage lead generation and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales/client solutions experience.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and client retention.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Native English proficiency or fully bilingual.
- Experience in selling nearshore IT professional services a plus.
