Role & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a variety of analytical tasks and independently resolve recurring issues without close supervision.
  • Interpret data and present it in a clear and meaningful manner.
  • Evaluate project financials and budgets.
  • Proactively anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and take appropriate initiative.
  • Utilize SAP to:
    • Generate purchase requests and purchase orders.
    • Identify and resolve errors or issues with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Process receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the procurement process.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and v lookups.
  • Experience in relevant functional areas such as Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, and OSG.
