GENERAL JOB OVERVIEW
The Client Relations Specialist collaborates closely with the purchasing, production, design, and logistics teams on a daily basis to oversee the customer portfolio for the program.

This role is pivotal in fostering a consultative rapport with clients while providing essential administrative assistance internally. The Specialist will facilitate workflow within the team framework, taking guidance from the Client Relations Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duty is to execute administrative support tasks, including processing sales orders, design requests, and returns, as well as generating new quotes tailored to client specifications, alongside any other responsibilities related to the upkeep of the Container Decorating Program as they arise.

Coordinate and liaise with all relevant departments as orders progress through the system.
Manage client accounts as inquiries are received.
Serve as a backup for fellow Client Relations Specialists as required.
Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to structure and prioritize the workflow to achieve customer objectives and deadlines.
Communicate proficiently to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
Process payments, including both deposits and final balances.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient experience with CRM systems
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven capability to engage effectively with both internal and external clients.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and outstanding time management capabilities.
Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize according to business demands.
Quick and thoughtful problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in providing customer solutions based on identified requirements.
Ability to function effectively as part of a team.

Education:
Associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
