Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Office Coordinator/Head of Consulting to lead our consulting team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting services management and a proven track record of success in a professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Staffing Management: Manage the day-to-day staffing process for all consulting staff, ensuring that staffing decisions are aligned with business needs and career objectives.
  2. Professional Development: Oversee the administration of career development processes, maintain mentorship relationships, and ensure delivery of appropriate training programs and opportunities.
  3. Business Services: Lead the office-based Business Services Team (BST) and oversee operational infrastructure, including management or coordination of support services.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and collaborate with local finance function to ensure optimized profitability and planning, and provide support and counsel to the system lead, Office Coordinator, and Partners in the office.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm. They will have a strong understanding of administrative and operational excellence, talent management, and human resource administration.
