The Customer Recovery Specialist is responsible for examining all canceled transactions and finding effective solutions to address customer concerns and reinstate their orders.

Our specialists engage with customers to understand their issues and utilize their product knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills to assist customers in achieving their desired home improvement solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, and a background in sales would be advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:


Utilize problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills to assist customers requesting to cancel their contracts.

Evaluate and suggest modifications to product selections and financing options to ensure customers achieve a satisfactory resolution to their home improvement needs.

Employ multitasking skills to communicate with customers, update their profiles, and review potential deals to discuss with them in order to retain their business.

Connect with customers promptly using provided reporting tools to facilitate rapid outreach.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders, including Sales, Service, Operations, General Managers, and other internal partners.


What We Require:
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a call-center environment
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Sales or Sales leadership is preferred.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Must possess effective problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions that lead to positive outcomes for both customers and the company.

Consistent and punctual attendance is essential.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Due to the cyclical nature of the role, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, may be necessary.
