Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers locate products and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and complete enrollments
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store, regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment

This role is based in a public retail store setting, with all public areas being climate-controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks.
