About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Specialist to join our team at Midland Credit Management Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations, ensuring the proper handling of outsourced accounts, and participating in projects and analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship building and request fulfillment for internal and external customers (35%)
  • Process administrative material and tasks (30%)
  • Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and financial performance (20%)
  • Subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity (5%)
  • Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes (5%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned (5%)
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in data entry and system queries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years work experience in financial services related field
