We are seeking a skilled Recovery Agent to join our Call Center team at 1-800 Hansons LLC. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing canceled sales and finding ways to resolve customer concerns and reinstate the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use problem-solving and customer service skills to communicate with customers requesting to cancel their contracts.
  • Review and recommend revisions to product selections and financing options to ensure customers achieve a positive resolution to their home improvement needs.
  • Use multi-tasking skills to communicate with customers, update notes in their profiles, and review potential deals to discuss with customers to save the deal.
  • Connect with customers in a timely manner using provided reporting to reach customers rapidly.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers, including Sales, Service, Operations, General Managers, and other internal partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of professional work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of prior experience in a call-center role.
  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in Sales or Sales leadership role is a plus.
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must have good problem-solving abilities and be able to make decisions with good judgment that create positive resolutions for both customers and the company.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 per year (base + incentive)

  • Full-time opportunity with weekly pay via direct deposit

Work Environment:

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 9:00am-6:00pm EST. Due to the cyclical nature of the position, some overtime including evening and weekend hours may be required.
