Recovery Agent

At 1-800-Hansons LLC, we're seeking a skilled Recovery Agent to join our Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in resolving customer concerns and reinstating canceled sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their issues and concerns
  • Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to find solutions and reinstate sales
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers, including Sales, Service, Operations, and General Managers
  • Review and recommend revisions to product selections and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of three years of prior experience in a call-center role
  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in Sales or Sales leadership role (a plus)
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities

  • Earning potential of $70k-$100k+/year (Base + Incentive)
