Greet clients warmly and offer in-depth information regarding solar consultation services Interact with clients to gauge their interests and arrange appointments for solar consultations Diligently record and verify all scheduled appointments, assisting clients with scanning QR codes to access relevant web pages Complete daily reports in the BDS Insight Center to ensure accurate timekeeping and reporting Log into the vendor portal upon arrival at work Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service Follow established attendance and punctuality standards Efficiently manage administrative tasks related to appointment scheduling Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance brand loyaltyQUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory Minimum of 6 months experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in the solar or wireless sectors is advantageousSkills and Attributes:
Excellent verbal communication abilities Superior customer service skills Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously Well-organized with a keen eye for detail Adaptable to evolving environments and customer requirements Proficient in smartphone usage Reliable transportation is essential Ability to drive in accordance with company policies, possessing a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurancePHYSICAL DEMANDS:
