Job Title: Underwriter/Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the marketing and placement of employee benefit programs for clients and prospects.
  • Prepare and present RFP's to carriers, negotiate to secure coverage and select and recommend quotes that meet client needs.
  • Prepare marketing summaries for client proposals.
  • Work closely with client management teams to identify client objectives and find best solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key carriers.
  • Assist with benefit administration technology project management for open enrollment and renewals.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Account/Project Management: 3 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Georgia Life and Health Insurance License.
