Job Title: Psychological Health Coordinator

At IVA'AL Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Psychological Health Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing behavioral health consultation services to Army National Guard service members and their families, promoting mental health fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and reintegration to civilian life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7/365 access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behavioral health screening, and referral services.
  • Offer clinical case management services, including assessment, intervention plan, referral, and monitoring of clinical progress.
  • Assess service members for their presenting issues, define an appropriate intervention plan, and work with collateral agents as needed.
  • Engage in Mental Health Awareness and Wellness Promotion activities, facilitating the prevention and education of mental health issues, early intervention, crisis response, and post-intervention support.
  • Provide consultation services to leaders and units in accordance with the direction of the Director of Psychological Health and the Deputy State Surgeon.
Requirements:
  • Master's and/or Doctorate degree in a clinical or administrative mental health field from an accredited college or university recognized by the corresponding professional association(s).
  • State license to meet the requirements of a qualified mental health practitioner, functioning at the independent level without requiring state-mandated clinical supervision.
  • Minimum two (2) years of clinical or administration mental health care experience after receiving the qualifying graduate degree for this position.
  • Ability to work independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and effectively work with staff and support agencies.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

Employees must provide proof of identity and documents supporting their legal authorization to work in the United States. Employees will also submit to a full background check and will be processed for the DoD Tier 1 investigation and must be favorably adjudicated.

Compensation details: $75,000-$80,000 Yearly Salary
