Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for processing certification forms, reporting, declaration, and supplemental forms. You will also act as the custodian of company documents and records, including correspondence and board minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily orders and prepare daily master reports.
  • Maintain assessment customer files and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail on a daily basis.
  • Distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with application forms and addressing their inquiries.
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phones in a courteous manner, distribute messages promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Proficiency in processing various forms and reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with basic accounting functions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
