Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Silvercrest Senior Residences. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and maintaining files and filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to resident inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, caregivers, medical personnel, vendors, and guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail sorting, and filing.
  • Use internal software to submit work orders and print/distribute notices for facility repairs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
