Job Summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations at our Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites location in Maryland Heights, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise front desk staff and ensure the efficient and professional running of the front desk.
  • Guest Services: Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of all guests through properly handling guest accounts.
  • Staff Development: Plan and conduct staff meetings on a regular basis, audit all desk work for accuracy and consistency, and coach and counsel staff when appropriate.
  • Shift Coverage: Responsible for shift coverage when short-handed or due to staff absences, including night auditor shift.
  • Scheduling: Determine weekly schedule.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a front desk agent and one year experience in a supervisory role.
