Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Director to lead their Customer Support and Design teams. This individual will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will oversee customer support operations, lead marketing strategies, and support sales efforts to achieve business goals. A strategic mindset and leadership will guide teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Support Team, overseeing onboarding of new customers and order entry.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Leader to ensure timely delivery, manage capacity, and address production and delivery challenges.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Embody and promote company values and vision.
  • Communicate frequently with your team, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.
  • Develop and execute departmental and company plans to drive team performance.
  • Lead the in-house Design Team and outsourced contractors to support marketing and revenue growth.
  • Oversee brand activities, including social media, web, email campaigns, direct mail, and customer art proofs.
  • Conduct outreach emails and calls, engage with warm leads and current customers, and participate in trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the President to enhance the sales process and assist in closing deals.
  • Work with the President, Operations, and Finance Leaders to drive growth through strategic and tactical initiatives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining positive business relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing and training teams to meet high standards.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Preferred degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of P&L and financial decision-making to maintain profitability.
