Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the flow of parts within the dealership
  • Source parts from external suppliers when inventory is low
  • Oversee the collection of payments for parts and ensure accurate billing through service and repair departments
  • Occasionally package and return parts to manufacturers, maintaining accurate records
  • Utilize parts manuals in both physical and digital formats to identify the correct components for various vehicle makes, models, and years

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in an automotive parts sales position (dealership or retail)
  • Proficient in computer systems and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changes, and prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • High School diploma or equivalent educational background
