Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and maintain equipment functionality

  • Enhance knowledge through ongoing training
  • Deliver product information to medical professionals and operating room staff
  • Accurately document data metrics
  • Maintain client records to ensure high service standards
  • Comply with established policies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve product-related issues
  • Provide on-call support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 0-4 years of experience in the medical device sector
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Ability to exert physical effort and remain standing for prolonged periods
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
