Brownsboro Park Retirement Community is on the lookout for a committed individual to join our Activities Department as a Transportation Coordinator. This role is designed for those who can work on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week as required. Candidates with prior driving experience and familiarity with the local area are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and maintain transportation vehicles with professionalism
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle readiness
  • Manage fueling and ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance
  • Document resident transportation needs and plan trip routes
  • Assist residents and guests with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
  • Provide safety briefings to passengers before departure

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and confidentiality standards
  • Foster teamwork and positive interactions with residents and staff
Essential Duties:
  • Operate assigned vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
  • Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management
  • Keep vehicles clean and in excellent condition
  • Maintain accurate records and perform minor vehicle maintenance
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies that may arise
