Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the receipt and documentation of incoming inventory, ensuring proper inspection and storage in accordance with company policies.
  2. Conduct regular physical inventory checks, comparing results with computerized records and addressing any discrepancies.
  3. Maintain compliance with TTB regulations, including the management of necessary paperwork and reports.
  4. Replenish stock levels as required, ensuring all items are stored in designated locations within the warehouse.
  5. Coordinate the timely transfer of inventory to delivery vehicles, adhering to established schedules.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to enhance warehouse efficiency through strategic planning and procedural improvements.
  7. Monitor operational expenditures and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  8. Enforce safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  9. Address routine equipment issues and perform additional related duties as assigned.
  10. Participate in cross-training initiatives with the bottling team to provide support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport heavy items, including cases of spirits, weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software.

Training Requirements: GMP and Forklift Operator Certification.
