Pest Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify the sources of pest activity. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.

2. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through friendly and courteous service during visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to their pest concerns. Inform customers about additional services that may enhance their experience.

3. Continuous Improvement: Gain expertise in the diverse range of products and services offered by INITIAL, INC. through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the pest control sector. Participate in training sessions on new methods and services available in our pest management solutions. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, with support from INITIAL, INC.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug testing.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge in pest management.

- Ability to work independently after training.
