Key Responsibilities:

  • Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services. Execute pest treatments and install preventive measures to ensure a pest-free space.
  • Client Relations: Establish and nurture customer relationships through courteous and professional interactions. Address customer concerns by providing tailored pest control solutions and informing them of additional services that may enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education: Engage in continuous learning about our diverse range of pest control products and services through comprehensive training programs. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to maintain expertise in pest management.

Position Requirements:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in the pest control field.
  • Ability to work independently after initial training.
