Position Overview:

As a licensed Pest Management Specialist, you will showcase exceptional customer service abilities while delivering top-notch inspections and services to both existing and new clients. Adherence to all company protocols and treatment procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality service consistently.
  • Practice safe driving habits.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of pest control experience is advantageous.
  • Must be licensed through the SPCB.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must provide verifiable references.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with one Saturday per month required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $19.00-$22.00, based on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
