Job Title: Catering Sales Manager/Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Sales Manager/Account Executive to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all internal and external catering events, developing menus, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage event coordination, including menu development, logistics, and execution
  • Monitor and control labor and food costs to ensure profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in catering sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets
  • Strong knowledge of food, industry trends, and fine dining points of service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
