We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III to join our Made for Meta team at Insight Global.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of innovative accessory products across various Meta platforms. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product authorization cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external partners (OEMs/ODMs) to align on product requirements, design, development, and delivery milestones.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to external partners during accessory development, leveraging your understanding of Meta's products and technologies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize processes within the Made for Meta program, driving scalability and efficiency improvements.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all projects, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, and status reports.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and accessory markets, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs involving multiple external partners and diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with third-party OEMs/ODMs in a technical capacity.
