Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team budgets, including tracking invoicing, tracking accruals, and finding solutions to underspend and overages.
  • Create and manage all agency and vendor accounts for accuracy and security.
  • Support the leadership team with team onboarding, ensuring new members are part of the appropriate distribution lists.
  • Collect and communicate agenda topics, ensure team meetings are recorded and time-zone inclusive.
  • Manage events and morale, including team hygiene, event management, and celebrating teammates' life events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of Rhythm of Business (ROB) experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of budget management and team support experience.
  • Previous experience supporting this client, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
