Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator at Kaizen Lab Inc. plays a pivotal role in crafting, sustaining, and evaluating marketing and analytical strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance portfolio performance through brand visibility, marketing campaigns, and leasing strategies.
  • Conduct continuous marketing assessments, establish performance indicators, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
  • Supervise technological strategies, integrations, and interfaces relevant to marketing, sales, and resident retention.

Essential Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the design and functionality of property websites, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Administer SEM efforts, including paid advertising and SEO in collaboration with a third-party agency.
  • Oversee internet listing services to attract potential leads for properties, monitoring performance and ensuring effective integration.
  • Create and distribute approved corporate newsletters; assist properties in implementing best practices for newsletter design and content.
  • Operate the corporate LinkedIn account, sharing relevant and engaging content to attract followers and expand the follower base.
  • Coordinate the procurement of site and corporate promotional materials, producing and maintaining business development resources with input from business leaders.
  • Support properties in engaging residents through events by collaborating to brainstorm, implement, and share best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with conventional properties, industry vendors, and ownership groups.
  • Develop effective marketing tools, policies, and best practices for property utilization by staying updated on industry trends.
  • Assist Community Managers and Regional Property Managers in formulating and monitoring marketing budgets, plans, and projects for their respective properties.
  • Oversee the acquisition of marketing and promotional materials for properties and the company.
  • Manage Google Business pages, respond to reviews, and encourage campaigns to mitigate negative feedback.
  • Administer data entry and uphold best practices regarding social media accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Assist with property acquisition and disposition processes.
  • Exhibit original thinking and creativity; tackle challenges resourcefully; generate innovative suggestions; present ideas effectively.
  • Review, update, and recommend changes regarding rent adjustments, advertising promotions, amenities, property marketing, and traffic.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators related to marketing, including leads per source, cost per lease, and review scores.
  • Assist with special projects, site administration, and other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in Property Management
  • 2+ years in Marketing
  • Experience with YARDI and/or RentCafe
  • Degree in Marketing or Design
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • High-quality written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical decision-making abilities

Work Schedule:
Full Time, M-F 8-5
