Position Overview:

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Formulating, executing, and overseeing the company’s marketing strategy across targeted sectors.
  • Designing, placing, and monitoring all forms of advertising, including print, social media, and paid search initiatives.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining all external communications, such as media releases and public announcements.
  • Coordinating all elements of trade shows and technical conferences.
  • Maintaining a cohesive digital presence for the organization.
  • Creating and managing B2B marketing materials and advertisements for the company’s technical offerings.
  • Overseeing brand management and promotional activities.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Enhancing lead generation initiatives and analyzing their outcomes.
  • Managing social media platforms and blog content, ensuring timely publication of relevant topics.
  • Regularly updating technical content on the company website.
  • Providing quarterly marketing updates to management and the team.
  • Organizing and maintaining the marketing folder on the server with current materials.
  • Producing and distributing the company newsletter on a quarterly basis.
  • Utilizing team dynamics to effectively collaborate and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Adhering to established priorities and procedures to meet marketing goals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a technical environment.
  • A high degree of creativity and self-motivation.
  • Expertise in developing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in website management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in marketing design.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $55K to $60K, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
