This role reports directly to the CEO. The Marketing and Sales Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s marketing strategy across targeted sectors.
• Create, place, and monitor all print and digital advertising, including social media and paid search initiatives.
• Draft, review, and assist in editing all external communications, such as media releases and press announcements.
• Coordinate and manage all facets of trade shows and technical conferences.
• Maintain and enhance the overall digital presence of the corporation.
• Develop collateral materials for B2B print and digital advertising related to the company’s technical offerings.
• Take full responsibility for brand management and promotional activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and optimize lead generation initiatives, analyzing results for continuous improvement.
• Oversee social media accounts and blog, identifying relevant topics for publication.
• Regularly update and manage technical content on the company website.
• Provide quarterly marketing updates to management and the team.
• Organize and maintain the marketing folder on the server with current materials.
• Produce and distribute the company newsletter at least quarterly.
• Collaborate effectively within teams, achieving goals and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
This role contributes to achieving marketing objectives by adhering to established priorities and work procedures while utilizing effective time management skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a technical environment.
• Highly creative and self-driven.
• Proficient in developing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Experience in website management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills and marketing design capabilities.
• Competitive salary range of $55K to $60K, along with excellent benefits.
