Position Overview:
Specialist - Integrated Partner Marketing
The Integrated Partner Marketing Specialist is pivotal in fostering robust brand connections that drive consumer demand in the dynamic omni-channel retail landscape. This role primarily focuses on the execution of brand communication strategies and their tactical implementation in both physical and digital retail environments. Building and nurturing essential partnerships with Brand Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Retailers (customer buyers/marketers/ecommerce), agencies, and external suppliers is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and strategic execution of brand and product communications through proactive collaboration with internal account teams and key retailer contacts.
- Enhance brand presence across omni-channel platforms (in-store and on retailers' ecommerce sites) by working closely with retailers on the placement and execution of marketing materials and messaging.
- Assist in the creative development of demand-generating marketing collateral (both in-store and online) that aligns with brand strategy and retailer specifications across point-of-sale, new product launches, media initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail team to meet the in-store marketing needs for owned retail channels, including full-price stores, outlet locations, and temporary pop-up stores.
- Support the planning and execution of trade show exhibits, including the coordination and oversight of all materials.
- Contribute to the production of ecommerce product videos to enhance product content and boost sales.
- Assist in managing the budget and approval processes for all fixture design projects, including production, distribution, and in-store implementation.
- Engage in special marketing initiatives as assigned by the Senior Manager, Integrated Partner Marketing.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills coupled with effective time-management abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail and a flair for creative design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High initiative and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a multi-tasking orientation.
- High school diploma required; a BS/BA degree in Marketing, Management, or Communications is preferred.
- Preferred experience in an agency setting, including exposure to media buying and planning.
- Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
