About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. As a CNA2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our RNs to provide comprehensive patient care and promote patient safety and comfort.
  • Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Document patient and family responses to care and interventions, adhering to department standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is also required.
