Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Administrator to support our executive, sales, and project management goals. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative and project support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and employees, providing necessary information and directions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as handle deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, copying, and filing
Requirements
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
