Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team at Imsaz. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support: Provide assistance to front office staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the office flow. Check patients in and out, obtain patient ID and insurance cards, and relay telephone messages.
  • Customer Service: Offer heavy phone support and customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule patient appointments and maintain an updated scanning/filing system.
  • Insurance and Referrals: Understand insurance referral processes, verify eligibility, and explain deductible, out-of-pocket, and co-insurance to patients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide word-processing and secretarial support, including collecting payments and placing orders in a timely manner.
  • Office Flow: Ensure the overall flow of the office is maintained at all times, including next-day scheduling and appointment confirmations.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software and equipment to perform administrative tasks.
