Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations
  • Handle patient inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Process patient registration, insurance verification, and billing
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with the coordination of patient flow and wait times
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Previous experience using practice management software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and billing is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
