This role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling needs of the Nursing Service Organization, performing payroll functions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling needs of the Nursing Service Organization to ensure optimal staffing
  • Perform payroll functions and enter schedules within the Kronos system
  • Provide clerical and receptionist support for the Operations Resource Center
  • Ensure compliance with established staffing patterns and available resources
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required
  • Experience utilizing telephones with multiple lines required
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred
