Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service and meeting hotel standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
