We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at Travel For You And Me. As a key member of our travel team, you will play a crucial role in building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, and arranging concierge services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in writing emails to clients and suppliers
  • Research destination culinary and activity recommendations to enhance client experiences
  • Correspond with suppliers to coordinate curated travel arrangements
  • Manage and update client travel documents and invoices
  • Complete travel arrangements for clients with air, hotel, car, and other ground transportation vendors at the lowest possible fares
  • Participate as a team member to assist in completing all functions related to servicing the travel needs of the staff

Requirements:

  • A dedicated home work environment with a computer, cell phone, high-speed internet, and minimal distractions
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is highly regarded
