Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our service floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing the service floor, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and greet clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage the flow of the MiniLuxe clean lab and maintain a clean and organized studio
  • Observe and manage the service floor to ensure timely and engaging client interactions
  • Accurately book appointments and optimize bookings for maximum client intake
  • Educate clients about polish offerings, service upgrades, loyalty programs, and retail products

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for beauty and deliver an amazing client experience in a premium brand environment
  • Operational excellence through accurate and effective appointment booking
  • Ability to multi-task and use computer equipment

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Regularly required to stand for long periods of time (i.e. 8 hour shift, while not on break)
  • Frequently required to stand and walk
  • Must be able to bend/kneel and handle light cleaning supplies and chemicals
