We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join The Crescent Hotels Group.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a professional with excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve brand visibility.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
  3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  4. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any shortfalls.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

What We Offer
