Front Office Manager

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front office teams, implementing company programs, and maximizing revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
  • Respond to guests' special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel customers.
  • Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
  • Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for clerks and other employees.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of Hilton systems and brand standards is a plus.

Benefits:
