- Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, including creating and distributing marketing materials, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on business performance, including sales metrics, client satisfaction, and market trends.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and creative software.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel required, including attending industry events and visiting clients.
