Regional Sales Manager

At PERI, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving market share growth and maximizing revenue within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on market share growth, including sales resource planning, revenue forecasting, and growth across business models.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and group sales reviews to steer, coach, motivate, and develop sales team members.
  • Analyze current market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust the sales strategy for optimal results.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team in identifying business risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with specific goals.
  • Actively participate in leadership team discussions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A demonstrated track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams within competitive construction and/or manufacturing sales business-to-business environment.
  • Advanced understanding of PERI's sales process, scaffolding/formwork construction and/or manufacturing project lifecycles, contract terms and conditions, and B2B business environment.
  • Possessing strong business acumen and an understanding of end-to-end sales process and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey information and communicate to various levels of an organization.
  • Understanding of the construction and/or manufacturing industry and market potential within assigned geographical area in addition to advanced knowledge of PERI's products, services, and solutions.
  • Advanced project management knowledge with the ability to successfully manage a project schedule and effectively prioritize and manage time, tasks, and resources.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to problem-solve along with excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Goal and results-oriented mindset with exceptional negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
