Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned territory, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales revenue targets
  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors in the industrial market
  • Research and recommend new sales partners to expand the company's presence in the region
  • Provide training to sales partners' staff on products, applications, and commercial issues
  • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events
  • Provide market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence to the company
Requirements
  • Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps
  • Solid negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate, persuade, strategize, and cooperate
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
  • Ability to have related business and technical discussions, as well as speak in front of groups
  • A valid driver's license and current passport
  • Ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals
