Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at East Coast Facilities, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and servicing portfolios of clients in assigned geographic markets and customer sales verticals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Business Development to pursue business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
  • Manage all renewals of service agreements for assigned client portfolios and work with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, set sales goals, and track progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
