Job Title: Graduate Sales Account Manager

At Renesas Electronics, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Graduate Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and maintain Renesas as a strategic supplier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply a business and technical lens to real-world problems to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships.
  • Work closely with global and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end business results at assigned customer accounts.
  • Home-office-based with frequent travel for face-to-face customer interaction.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
  • Geographically flexible with training in Chicago for ~6 months and final job location in the Midwest, Northeast, or Piedmont Atlantic regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
  • Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher.
  • Ability to balance technical skills with communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with a team.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong detail orientation.
  • Strong personal accountability and competitive drive.
  • Strong time management skills.
What We Offer:
  • Expected annual total compensation pay range: $68,000 - $108,000.
  • Eligible for bonus pay.
  • Full range of elective benefits, including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance and AD&D, LTD, short-term medical benefits, paid sick time, paid holidays, and accrued paid vacation.
