Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2
Bilingual Spanish/English required.


Job Overview:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle both outbound and inbound communications with clients facing payment challenges.
  • Develop strategies to assist clients in bringing their accounts up to date.
  • Facilitate payment processing for clients with overdue accounts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance and collection targets.
  • Ensure adherence to established collections policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit and collections; familiarity with sales, negotiation, and persuasive techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly with financial services, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
