Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through multiple channels, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Chewy's products and services
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-channel contact center management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
