Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Specialist. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with the team to ensure seamless customer interactions, order processing, and logistical tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries promptly using our customer service platform, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Manage and resolve inquiries related to products, shipping, returns, and other general questions, providing high-quality service through personalized responses.
Oversee order processing, shipping, and fulfillment across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers when necessary, working with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
Utilize customer service platforms, shipping software, and inventory management systems to perform daily tasks, tracking and monitoring customer orders and interactions.
Experience in customer service and operations, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tech-savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Familiarity with email management, order tracking, and CRM tools, with a preference for experience with e-commerce or logistics platforms.
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office, remainder remote, with flexible working hours to manage part-time responsibilities.
