Role Overview

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will redefine the approach to HR and set a benchmark within the industry. This critical position emphasizes workforce mobility, the development and design of innovative programs that motivate and engage employees, and the facilitation of successful organizational outcomes. You will play a key role in enhancing community relations and leveraging HR initiatives to support our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in organizational design with a robust HR foundation. Experience in scaling organizations and a passion for crafting impactful HR strategies are vital. Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively consolidate all available information, resources, and talent to formulate and execute HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and integrate all HR functional areas—recruitment, compensation, continuous learning, employee relations, compliance, training, and development—into cohesive strategies that support company growth.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams to create and promote unified communication, branding, and collaborative HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
  • Design and manage workforce mobility programs to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Develop and lead HR programs that cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational design and development needs, embedding mobility within the workforce.
  • Drive community-building initiatives and strengthen relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
  • Experience in the development or real estate sector.
  • Experience leading diverse workforces.
  • Active involvement in professional organizations such as SHRM or HRCI.
  • Certification in organizational design, change management, or project management.
  • Participation in community organizations or initiatives.
  • Experience with HR technology and systems.
  • Background in employee engagement and well-being programs.
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility or sustainability initiatives.
