Key Responsibilities

  • HR Integration: Oversee and unify all HR functional areas—recruitment, rewards, continuous learning, employee relations, compliance, training, and development—into cohesive strategies that support company growth.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate partnerships with internal teams to promote unified communication, branding, and collaborative HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
